T-Tech, Inc. Announces the release of IsoPro CNC2PCB ® software.
NORCROSS, GEORGIA – (September 21, 2016)

T-Tech, Inc. the manufacturer of the Quick Circuit rapid prototyping system announces CNC2PCB®.

The new software application allows you to output your DXF data, Gerber data, or NC Drill data to computer numerical control programs. By following the EIA RS-274 industry standard, the output from CNC2PCB allows you to fabricate your PCB or chassis on your milling center in your mechanical engineering department.

John Taylor, CEO, states “IsoPro’s CNC2PCB software is keeping pace with the future. I have seen my customers struggle with issues of bridging electrical engineering with mechanical engineering. By using the CNC2PCB software, the engineer can save setup time and prototyping cost by supplying the mechanical engineers with not only a PCB rapid prototype but also the programs for the mechanical chassis that fits the PCB. It is critical that my customers create designs without issue, and this is the level of sophistication they have come to expect.” IsoPro CNC2PCB edits and converts Gerber, Excellon Drill, and DXF files for use by the Quick Circuit Prototyping Systems in order to fabricate circuit boards, delrin parts, aluminum chassis and other mechanical components that fit the first time.

IsoPro NOW automatically generates 3D CNC code for controlling your Machining Center!

Quick Circuit has been used by electronic designers for over 27 years. There are at least 8500 systems in use in more than 50 countries. The Quick Circuit creates prototype circuit boards quickly and without caustic chemicals. It is an efficient and inexpensive way to get a circuit prototype in-house within an hour. Additionally, because military users must keep their entire design in-house for security reasons, they rely on Quick Circuit to implement their own designs.

TRADE NEWS: T-Tech, Inc. and The Geek Group announce agreement to join forces to provide State of the Art Printed Circuit Board Design and Prototyping facility

With the addition of the T-Tech QCJ5 Quick Circuit printed circuit board (PCB) prototyping system, The Geek Group’s Leonard Street Labs facility will enable individuals and institutions to design, verify, and fabricate custom PCBs with a turnkey state of the art PCB prototyping solution.

Norcross, GA, and Grand Rapids, MI May 29, 2014 -- T-Tech, Inc. and The Geek Group today announced a joint agreement to offer a state of the art solution and facility for rapid printed circuit board (PCB) design, verification, and fabrication. The collaboration will combine T-Tech’s QCJ5 series Quick Circuit System and IsoPro® Software for PCB prototyping with The Geek Group’s expertise and 43,000 square foot Leonard Street Labs Facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This combination is expected to represent the first makerspace in the United States with a turnkey rapid PCB prototyping solution.

“By joining forces with The Geek Group and providing our Quick Circuit QCJ5 series high-frequency, precision PCB fabrication system, we will give makerspace members the unique ability to go from desktop design to physical prototype in hours instead of weeks or months” said John Taylor, President of T-Tech.

“T-Tech is proud to sponsor The Geek Group in their efforts to bring this capability to individuals who may not ordinarily have access to rapid printed circuit board prototyping equipment” said David Cromey, T-Tech's Director of International Sales and Marketing.

“It is exciting that T-Tech has made a substantial commitment to provide students, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and inventors in Grand Rapids access to state of the art PCB fabrication machinery and software” said Josh Spencer, Director of Development of The Geek Group. “It will enable our membership to work from concept to creation of a physical PCB prototype within our Leonard Street Labs Facility. With these tools, the Geek Group will continue to offer services that are unmatched by any makerspace in the United States.”

T-Tech’s QCJ5 series Quick Circuit System is an automated rapid-prototyping solution used in the fabrication phase of circuit board prototypes. By bringing prototyping methods in-house, it enables engineers to save both time and money. The Quick Circuit can drill, mill and route traces and spaces as fine as 0.100mm /.004 inches, making it ideal for producing analog, digital, or RF/microwave prototypes.
